Michael McGahey Celebrates 40 Years with Evergreen

Evergreen Management Group, An Associa® Company is honored to celebrate Michael McGahey’s 40th anniversary with the company. McGahey joined Evergreen Management Group in 1986 as the company’s first full-time maintenance technician and has remained a steady, trusted presence for residents and team members ever since.

“Michael has grown alongside Evergreen since the creation of our branch,” said branch president Katheryne Theodoulou. “His work ethic, loyalty, and unwavering commitment have shaped our company culture and standards. Forty years later, his dedication and craft continue to impact the way we serve our communities.”

When Evergreen Management Group began, McGahey stepped in as the first full-time maintenance technician, responding to needs across every community around the clock, often in challenging New England weather conditions. Working alongside Evergreen’s owners, he helped establish maintenance protocols and procedures that became the foundation of the company’s operations.
