Evergreen Management, Inc. (EMI) is a full service, asset and property Management Company located in NH. EMI manages in excess of 9,000 condominium units throughout NH and MA. We have general offices in Bedford NH, Stratham NH and Gilford NH, and a field office in Nashua NH, close to the MA border. With over 35 employees, we have the depth and experience to handle all administrative, financial and maintenance aspects of association management quickly and efficiently.

As a top MA Property Management Company, one part to the bedrock of our success is the employment stability and field knowledge of our staff. In a field known for high and constant turnover of condominium management employees, the average length of employment at EMI is in excess of six years. This staff stability permits the opportunity to develop highly trained individuals who can address unit owner inquiries quickly and efficiently. With EMI, an association does not get the feeling that the association is providing an “on-the-job” training program for the management company. Most of our Association Managers have been with an association in excess of four years. This long-term management relationship offers stability and historical continuity to the Association, the Board of Directors and unit owners.

EMI is a member of both the NH and National chapters of the Community Association Institute (CAI). CAI is a national association of condominium and homeowner associations. This affiliation keeps our personnel abreast of new developments in the field of condominium association management. In addition, employees of EMI are active participants in the New Hampshire Chapter of CAI, as session attendees, session speakers and CAI-NH Chapter Committee Members. Individual EMI managers hold the CMCA and AMS designations from CAI. While costly and time consuming, the ongoing educational training of staff members is indicative of EMI’s long-term commitment to provide the best possible condominium management services to our clients.
