Completion of Bank Loan for Association

EMI recently completed a financial review of a client Association's short-term capital requirements and put in place a $1,100,000 bank loan on behalf of the client Association.  The loan funds will be used to replace all remaining Association original roofs.  The client Association Board of Directors decided the use of a bank loan provided the most cost effective solution to addressing the short-term problem of replacing all remaining original Association unit roofs.
