Association Management Philosophy

The management philosophy at Evergreen Management, Inc. (EMI) is to ensure the financial and maintenance well-being of the Association while protecting and enhancing the individual investments that unit owners have made in the Association.

The guiding principal at EMI is that we work for the Association, not the other way around. Striving to provide the best in condominium association management is no accident. It comes from hard work, high intentions, sincere effort and skilled execution.

Some of the day-to-day results of our Management Philosophy are that unit owner inquiries are addressed quickly, Board decisions are implemented promptly and the Association has someone looking out for its best interests.
